CSM [OP Shallow Hope] - What Hope? Mon, Jan 18, 2021. As Kabir's mission, it' always learning and punishing (depending how you look at it) . -OPERATION DETAILS- Situation: A nuclear device has been detonated at Virolahtie. The EMP wave that resulted from the the detonation has disabled all electronic devices in the region. A CIA black ops group operating in the region, callsign RAPTOR, was scattered around in the area and is determined to get to safety. Luckily, the invading army has established a small outpost nearby with a working heliport. Mission: The scattered RAPTOR group must find a way to capture several helicopters in the nearby outpost and extract to a safe location. In order to do that, RAPTOR will first regroup at a hidden cache area where there will find working radios, shielded by a Faraday cage, and extra ammo.
